A local worker-led initiative providing resources and support to workers in the North Metro area facing workplace challenges.
To empower workers in the North Metro area by connecting them to trusted resources, amplifying their stories, and building a community rooted in solidarity, dignity, and action.
How We Achieve This
We are a local, worker-led initiative created to support workers facing wage theft, unsafe conditions, unemployment issues, discrimination, and other workplace challenges. We provide step-by-step guidance, resource referrals, and a space for workers to share their stories and raise awareness.
Our goal is to make sure no worker feels alone when navigating the system, and that every worker knows their rights, options, and power.

Why This Exists
Most people don't know their rights at work. And employers aren't going to be the ones telling them. This project exists to close that gap.
The North Metro Workers Project is not about policy proposals or political agendas. It's about making the rights that already exist -- the ones most workers never hear about -- easier to understand and easier to act on.
There's nothing radical here. We're just connecting people to the protections they're already entitled to. Because when you don't know what you're owed, it's easier for your boss to underpay you, mistreat you, or keep you quiet.
This is for the workers most people overlook -- the ones whose jobs keep the North Metro running, but who are rarely seen by the systems that are supposed to protect them. These aren't statistics. These are our neighbors.
We all have to work. But it shouldn't be this hard. It shouldn't be this cruel. And no one should have to suffer in silence just to keep a paycheck.
You deserve safety. dignity, and fair pay -- not because someone's fighting for new laws, but because those rights already exist. This site is here to help you claim them.
If you can't find an exact resource to help, fill out our intake form so we can offer specific guidance. Let us know how we can help you.
